Learning outcomes of course unit

Students will acquire detailed knowledge of essential concepts and processes in company mergers and acquisitions from commercial, organisational and capital market-oriented perspectives. Students will also be able to rationally direct necessary decisions in M&A processes at the individual, group and company levels, so that they are always comprehensible, reasonable and based on facts.
