prerequisites and co-requisites
The aim of this course is to look at modern advanced econometric methods, which are dependent on the quality of available data and can be applied in the context of a business, in particular in the field of marketing and market research. In addition, the course will include regression analysis and also time series analysis, panel data analysis, instrumental variable estimation, factor analysis, logit estimation as well as probit estimation. The application of this method should be carried out based on real-world data on a computer with standard statistical software packages (e.g. SPSS, Stata, EViews, Gauss).
