The participants:
• learn about the importance and application of emotional intelligence (EQ) in organizations
• learn how to apply the concepts of purpose, values, trust building, and mindfulness to their personal development and career advancement
• sharpen their creativity and creative thinking
• apply EQ in their student context and develop EQ as a core competency for their professional career

Course content
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Creativity are seen as key competences in organizations to build an environment where both, people and businesses can thrive. Purpose, empathy, responsibility, mindful actions and values are core drivers for developing EQ.
In this course you learn how brains and guts influence your choices and shape your behaviour.
You learn about decision making and building connection / relationships as two core activities of successful career development.
You explore your own creativity, learn about a creative mindset and apply it in a design thinking approach. This might include a 2-days workshop in Innsbruck or Salzburg.
You gain insight into how self-awareness, awareness of others and awareness of the environment as pillars of EQ can be mindfully used in developing yourself, your future team, your relationships and your career.
