The online complementary course English and exam are offered only in the summer semester.
In general, you have flexibility within the summer semester to work through the content at your own pace. However, we recommend following the suggested schedule to ensure you can sit for the exam.
The course for the complementary exam starts on 01.03.2025, on our WebLearn platform "Moodle."
DATES Complementary EXAMINATION
The complementary English exam must be successfully completed before the start of studies to establish the equivalency of foreign certificates in terms of content and requirements of an Austrian school-leaving exam, thereby fulfilling the admission requirements for a bachelor's program at FH Kufstein Tirol.
We strongly recommend taking the first exam date directly after the complementary course, as this allows for up to two additional retake opportunities before the start of studies if needed.
Dates will follow shortly.
Benefits
- Admission requirements for bachelor's degree programs
- Brush up your language skills (CEFR Level B2)
- Teaching practice-oriented content
Didactic Concept
You will complete the learning modules through self-study, supported by a lecturer and an e-learning tutor. Virtual office hours are available if needed, where you can address personal questions during the self-study phase.
Prerequisites
- You are only entitled to participate in the course once payment has been received. You will receive the invoice digitally to your e-mail account at least 2 weeks before the start of the course.
Certificate
- If you take the entire complementary course, 40% of your final grade will be made up of the online activities and 60% of the final exam. If you only take the final exam, this will count 100% towards your final grade.
