Deputy Head of the International Student Residence
The existing residence currently offers 175 places, but will be expanded by 152 places. In your role, you will support and represent the international student residence management in operational and organizational matters and contribute significantly to the further development of the residential concept.
Typical tasks in the area of residence management:
- Support in the management and organization of everyday life in the residence
- Contact person for students with concerns, complaints, and questions
- Supporting the administration of move-ins and move-outs
- Assisting with the allocation of residential places
- Supporting compliance with house rules and general residence rules
- Organizing and documenting maintenance
Building management & tenant support
In addition to the International Student Residence, you will also be responsible for the property at Andreas-Hofer-Straße 2 (Building E).
Your tasks will include
- Organization and documentation of maintenance
- Safety & security management
- Support in the planning and implementation of smaller construction and renovation projects
- Liaison with external service providers
- Support for tenants with technical and organizational issues
- Regular property inspections and defect reporting
- Documentation of technical procedures and support in reporting
