- Completed diploma or master's degree with a focus on Business Psychology or comparable degree
- Doctorate or comparable confirmation of ability to conduct scientific work
- Excellent pedagogical and didactic skills and experience with e-learning and blended learning
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of specialization is an advantage
