- You will be responsible for advising and informing incoming students about visas and travel requirements for Austria, as well as organizing their stay in Austria.
- You will also be responsible for advising, organizing, and supervising exchange students.
- In addition, you will handle administrative tasks and supervise stays abroad.
- You will also be responsible for communication and coordination between degree programs, partner universities, and external agencies.
- Data maintenance in the administration systems is also part of your responsibilities.

- Professional experience in a similar position desirable
- Excellent written and spoken English and German; a third foreign language is advantageous

- Willingness to travel (e.g., national conferences)
