- You will represent the field of energy management in teaching and research at the bachelor's and master's level and strengthen the practical relevance of the program through your networking with professional associations.
 - You will design and lead practical courses in German and English using innovative, competence-oriented teaching methods. Your focus will be on the areas of energy management, energy law, and energy trading. In addition, you will take on other subject-related teaching content for the degree program.
 - You will initiate and lead research projects with companies and industry partners, develop your own areas of focus, and promote the transfer of knowledge between the university and industry.
 - You will be involved in university organization and self-administration and work in the interdisciplinary team of the degree program to actively shape the further development of the course content and enable future-oriented education.

- For this position, you have a completed diploma or master's degree in the field of energy management or a comparable degree.
 - A doctorate or equivalent proof of scientific qualification is desirable.
 - To carry out your activities, you have pedagogical and didactic skills and are willing to develop further in this area in order to convey teaching content in a practical and appealing way.
 - You have professional experience in the energy industry and bring with you sound technical expertise.
 - Subject-related scientific publications beyond student theses are desirable.
