- You will represent the field of event management in teaching and research at the bachelor's and master's level and strengthen the practical relevance of the degree program through your networking in the industry.
- You will design and lead courses in German and English using innovative, competence-oriented teaching methods. In doing so, you will teach the practical aspects of event design, planning, marketing, and digitization.
- You will initiate and lead research projects in theory and practice, develop your own areas of focus, and promote the transfer of knowledge between the university and industry.

- For this position, you have a completed diploma or master's degree in economics or social sciences or a comparable degree.
- A doctorate or equivalent confirmation of academic qualification is desirable.
- You have pedagogical and didactic skills and are willing to develop further in this area in order to convey course content in a practical and appealing way.
- You have professional experience in event management and have a sound knowledge of current theoretical and scientific principles.
- Subject-related academic publications beyond student theses are desirable.
