- You represent the field of Arts and Cultural Management in teaching and research at both bachelor’s and master’s level, and you strengthen the program’s practical relevance through your professional network in the cultural sector.
- You design and deliver courses in German and English, using innovative, competency-based teaching methods. Your teaching covers topics such as cultural policy, the creative industries, cultural events, and the digital transformation of the cultural sector.
- You initiate and lead applied and theoretical research projects, develop your own areas of expertise, and foster knowledge transfer between academia and industry.
- You actively contribute to academic administration and program development as part of an interdisciplinary team, helping to shape the future direction of the curriculum.

- You hold a completed master’s or diploma degree in Arts and Cultural Management or a related field.
- A PhD or an equivalent academic qualification is desirable.
- You have strong pedagogical and didactic skills and are committed to continuously developing your teaching to make it engaging and practice-oriented.
- You have professional experience in cultural management and possess in-depth knowledge of current theoretical discourses and cultural studies concepts.
- Academic publications in your field beyond student theses are an asset.
