The participants:
• explore how insights from personality psychology (e.g. coping styles, self-efficacy) contribute to understanding resilience as both a trait and a dynamic process. Students will critically examine theoretical models and apply practical tools to strengthen individual and collective resilience in personal, academic, and organizational contexts.

Course content
Course contents include key personality psychology models (e.g., Big Five), cognitive and emotional mechanisms (optimism, coping, self-efficacy), and their links to resilience. Practical applications such as resilience assessment, training methods, and case studies in individual and organizational contexts will complement the theoretical foundations.
