Pow(h)er Academy

Take the lead. Use AI. Break boundaries.

The Pow(h)er Academy provides training for working women from the Euregio Inntal region who want to specifically expand their skills in the areas of leadership and generative AI. Both skill areas are key levers for counteracting the shortage of skilled workers and sustainably strengthening the innovative power of local companies.

    As part of a training program specifically tailored to the two subject areas HER Lead and HER GenAI, women are supported in developing their leadership skills and in the application of generative artificial intelligence. The closely integrated training program aims to counteract the shortage of skilled workers and increase the innovative strength of local companies.

Project objectives

  • Strengthening female leadership skills
  • Expanding skills in the field of generative AI

  • Developing sustainable training structures, even beyond the project period

The project helps to counteract the shortage of skilled workers and promote regional innovation. Through targeted skills development, working women are developed for key positions and empowered to actively assume responsibility and help shape innovation processes.

Project implementation

  • HER Lead specifically strengthens women's leadership skills. The aim is to provide them with the necessary skills and networks to take on leadership roles and actively contribute to the development and shaping of the regional economy. (FH Kufstein Tirol)
  • HER GenAI enables women to use generative artificial intelligence (AI) effectively. This strengthens their digital skills and enhances the region's innovation potential. (TH Rosenheim)
  • 3 on-site training days (combination of content on leadership and generative AI)
  • 8 1.5-hour online sessions (each on leadership or generative AI)
  • Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a balanced ratio of 15 Bavarian and 15 Tyrolean participants.
