Prof. (FH) Dr. Kristina Kampfer in dialog with participants: The focus of the MBA programs is on practical knowledge and direct applicability.
Automotive & Mobility, Leadership and Marketing 4.0 – these three General Management MBAs from the International Business School of the FH Kufstein Tirol offer specialized content, personal supervision and new admission options. Prof. (FH) Dr. Kristina Kampfer explains what makes the programs special.
Three general management MBAs from the International Business School of the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol focus on current trends and innovative approaches: They impart the latest management knowledge and enable students to deepen their knowledge in specific subject areas.
The Automotive & Mobility focus is aimed at professionals who want to qualify for management roles in the automotive industry or in mobility services. The industry focus is unique in Austria and southern Bavaria. Prof. (FH) Dr. Kristina Kampfer, head of the MBA program, emphasizes: “It is no longer just about buying a car, but about holistic mobility solutions such as subscriptions or sharing models.”
The MBA Leadership, on the other hand, is designed to be cross-industry. It addresses the growing requirements placed on managers, particularly in the context of digitalization and artificial intelligence. “We place a great deal of emphasis on social skills and personal development,” explains Kampfer. The challenges of generational change in particular make this course especially relevant.
The Marketing 4.0 program focuses on the transformation of marketing through artificial intelligence and performance marketing. “We are rethinking marketing,” says Kampfer. The course offers both experienced marketing professionals and career changers the opportunity to deepen their skills / competencies.
A HIGH DEGREE OF PRACTICAL APPLICATION AND PERSONAL SUPERVISION
Practical projects and case studies are at the forefront of all three MBA programs. For example, participants in the Leadership course develop innovative onboarding processes for companies, while the Automotive & Mobility focus includes working on business cases for car subscription models. The continuous updating of course content also plays a central role: “Modules such as ‘Trends in Automotive & Mobility’, ‘Trends in Leadership’ and ‘Trends in Marketing 4.0’ are regularly adapted to current developments,” explains Kampfer.
Another unique feature is the continuous personal support. In addition to professional support from lecturers, students have access to a study support team. They can also turn to a mentor who can be reached in the evenings and at weekends. “This makes part-time studying as flexible as possible,” says Kampfer.
NEW ACCESS OPPORTUNITIES AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
Recently, interested parties without a bachelor's degree but with at least three years of relevant professional experience and a high school diploma have also been able to take up an MBA degree program. This opening is aimed at specialists who want to place their career on a broader management basis.
The programs are designed to help employees optimally balance their career, degree program and private life. Kick-off events, clearly communicated attendance requirements and a strong focus on networking make it easier to get started. Kampfer sums up: “A great deal of added value comes from exchanging ideas – and sometimes from partying together after an event.”
The General Management MBAs from the International Business School of the FH Kufstein Tirol combine innovative learning approaches with the practical relevance of an international network. This is how they create an optimal basis for tomorrow's leaders.
