Alexander Höbart is studying International Business & Management at the Kufstein University of Applied Sciences. He is completing his internship at BMW Austria GmbH in after-sales management. In the video series, he presents his work at one of the world's leading premium car manufacturers.
In the first part of the video series, Alexander Hörbart talks about his work at BMW Austria GmbH in Salzburg and interviews his line manager Roxanne Nathusis, who is responsible for sales management and pricing in After Sales. The 34-year-old explains what exactly after sales involves and gives an insight into her everyday life and its challenges.
