Martin Höck, Head of Software Development, describes the diverse areas of application of artificial intelligence at 3CON.

An in-house training programme, initiated by the International Business School of the Kufstein University of Applied Sciences, took the participants on an excursion to the company 3CON.

The excursion to 3CON provided valuable insights into the practical applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and impressively demonstrated how modern technologies can optimise operational processes. At the same time, the participants had the unique opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of one of the world's leading companies in the field of automation technology as part of an integrated AI training programme.

AI AS AN EFFICIENCY DRIVER: PRESENTATION BY MARTIN HÖCK

The event kicked off with an inspiring presentation by Martin Höck, Head of Software Development at 3CON, who explained how 3CON uses artificial intelligence to drive efficiency and automation in various areas of the company. These include AI-supported applications in accounting that speed up processes and reduce manual tasks. Another application is the automated recording of meetings, which not only saves time thanks to smart algorithms, but also enables more precise documentation.

EXCLUSIVE INSIGHTS: FACTORY TOUR AT 3CON

The theoretical introduction was followed by the practical part: an exclusive factory tour, during which the participants were able to experience first-hand how 3CON integrates innovative technologies into production and business processes. From state-of-the-art production systems to data-driven optimisation strategies, it became clear that the company is focusing specifically on digitalisation and AI in order to remain competitive.

VALUABLE EXCHANGE AND NEW IMPULSES

The subsequent professional exchange between the participants and the experts from 3CON was particularly enriching. Challenges, opportunities and future developments in the field of AI were discussed in lively discussions. The excursion not only provided valuable insights into real-life use cases, but also inspiration for future projects and collaborations as well as practical insights and the opportunity to experience the future of artificial intelligence first-hand at a leading special machine construction company for the automotive, pharmaceutical and medical industries.
