The process management experience group from Kufstein University gained insights into the combination of strategies and processes at the Matrei appliance plant.

Innovative approaches and modern strategies characterize Gerätewerk Matrei (GWM) am Brenner. The process management experience group from the ERP Systems & Business Process Management master's degree program at Kufstein University gained insights into the connection between strategies and processes.

Organized by the ERP Systems & Business Process Management Master's course at the Kufstein University under the direction of Prof. (FH) Dr. Martin Adam and Mario Moser from the Austrian Society for Process Management, the traditional Tyrolean company, which has been in existence for over 75 years, showed itself from a modern side. The visit by the process management experience group to GWM revealed the symbiosis of tradition and innovation. In addition to the modern production facilities, this includes production organized according to lean management principles and efficient, digital administrative processes.
