- You represent the field of Facility Management (FM) in teaching and research at the bachelor’s and master’s levels and strengthen the program’s practical relevance through your networking with professional associations.
- You design and deliver courses in German and English using innovative, competence-based didactics. Your focus areas include facility services, strategic FM, and planning-related FM. In addition, you will cover further FM-related subjects within the program.
- You initiate and lead research projects with companies and practice partners, develop your own areas of focus, and promote knowledge transfer between the university and industry.
- You contribute to university organization and self-governance and collaborate within the program’s interdisciplinary team to actively advance the curriculum and enable a future-oriented education.

- A completed diploma or master’s degree in the field of real estate (Immobilien) or a comparable qualification.
- A doctorate (PhD) or equivalent evidence of scholarly qualification is desirable.
- Pedagogical and didactic skills and a willingness to further develop in this area in order to deliver practice-oriented and engaging teaching.
- Professional experience in facility management with strong subject-matter expertise.
- Subject-related scholarly publications beyond student theses are desirable.
In addition to a competitive gross salary starting at EUR 63,000.00 p.a.
