Learning outcomes of the courses/module

The participants:
- understand the basic margin situation
- understand the purpose of dealership size categories
- are familiar with the core functions within a car dealership and know which functions are required in each size category
- understand the respective differences in the organization and structure (of the individual size categories)
- are familiar with the departments of the car dealership
- are familiar with the tasks and objectives of the individual roles within management
- are able to draft and evaluate job descriptions

- Objectives and individual departments within the car dealership
- Organizational structure and workflow
- Job descriptions and role specifications
- Basic knowledge and relationships between manufacturers/importers and dealerships
- Organizational charts for different sizes of dealerships
- Core processes: Sales, Service, Technical Centre, Finance
