AI FOR CREATING JOB ADVERTISEMENTS
The workshop offers an introduction to the use of AI in recruiting with a focus on ChatGPT. Participants will learn how targeted prompting can be used to create job ads for different target groups and publish them via LinkedIn or Instagram. The aim is to increase efficiency in the recruiting process and reduce time and content-related hurdles. A practical exercise unit enables participants to create and, if necessary, directly post their own ads. Participants are asked to bring their own laptop.

CREATING EMPLOYER BRANDING VIDEOS WITH THE CELL PHONE
The workshop teaches the basics of creating recruiting videos using simple technical means. Participants learn how videos for company presentations or job advertisements can be produced with a smartphone and distributed via social media. The aim is to support strategic HR management through the use of moving images and to increase visibility as an employer. A practical exercise unit enables the use of a smartphone, microphone and gimbal. Participants are asked to bring their own cell phone.

After graduating from school in Rosenheim in 2008, Anna Aichinger studied business informatics at the Cooperative State University in Baden Württemberg. She completed her practical placements in various departments at Atruvia AG (then Fiducia IT AG). She then moved to the SME sector as an assistant to the management and started her part-time master's degree at the FH Kufstein Tirol in 2012, which she successfully completed in 2014. At the end of 2012, she joined the family business Josef Aichinger GmbH internationale Transporte & Spedition and founded other companies with her brother.
Diana Baldinger, BA

Diana Baldinger completed her training at the Klessheim School of Tourism and studied Business Management at the FH Kufstein Tirol, supplemented by a semester abroad in Finland. After several years in HR with a focus on recruiting, retention and employer branding, she moved to Social Media Management at Sparkasse Kufstein in 2024. There she is responsible for the channels on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and achieved over 100,000 organic impressions in her first year. She is also involved as a school coordinator for financial literacy and contributes her experience in agile project management to marketing and digital projects.

Judith Kastner holds dual degrees in International Economics and Business Administration from the University of Innsbruck. She has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions within international corporations, particularly in the areas of strategic corporate management, human resource management, organizational development, as well as marketing and sales.
As an independent business consultant and executive coach, she supports companies of all sizes and industries – including automotive, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, electronics, non-profit organizations, and management consulting – through processes of change and growth. Her focus lies in building and optimizing forward-looking HR and organizational development structures. In addition, she brings extensive experience as a university lecturer.
Diana Lichwa, BSc. B.A.

Diana Lichwa studied economics and Slavic studies and gained strong intercultural skills through study programs in Sweden, Russia, and Taiwan. After more than ten years of professional experience across diverse industries – from family-run businesses to international corporations – she took over as Head of Human Resources at PLANLICHT in 2024. In this role, she is responsible for HR agendas for around 160 employees in four countries, applying her broad, hands-on, and strategic expertise to the company’s people management.
Tobias Heckenbichler, BSc (Hons)

Tobias Heckenbichler has been an entrepreneur in the film and event industry since 2011 and founded the regional broadcaster QUFSTEIN.TV in 2022. After graduating from HAK Wörgl, he completed his bachelor’s degree in Digital Film Production at SAE Munich and has been a lecturer at FH Kufstein since 2016. With his media agency, he delivers campaigns ranging from film and photo productions to web design and social media marketing. His second area of expertise is live and TV production, where he combines business acumen with a passion for media and the use of AI.

Thomas Schmiedinger is a university lecturer and expert in mechanical engineering, digitalization, and the development of innovative smart product and service concepts. He has many years of experience in research and teaching, with an interdisciplinary background in biomedical engineering, molecular and cellular biology, as well as industrial product development.
Before joining University of Applied Sciences Kufstein, he worked as a research associate at the Medical University of Innsbruck, focusing on biosensors, growth surfaces, and cell culture systems. Thomas Schmiedinger is a speaker and published author, supporting companies at the intersection of technology, digitalization, and innovation.
Dipl.-Bw. Josef Willkommer

TechDivision GmbH - Josef Willkommer studied business administration with a focus on marketing at Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences, gaining early experience in online marketing as well as international exposure at UCLA in Los Angeles and through the Chinese Business Program in Qingdao. After working at an investment firm in Munich and an Austrian media company, he co-founded TechDivision GmbH in 2006, which today employs around 140 people. At TechDivision, he is responsible for marketing and business development, supporting medium-sized companies in digital transformation projects with a particular focus on new technologies and artificial intelligence.
