AI FOR CREATING JOB ADVERTISEMENTS
The workshop offers an introduction to the use of AI in recruiting with a focus on ChatGPT. Participants will learn how targeted prompting can be used to create job ads for different target groups and publish them via LinkedIn or Instagram. The aim is to increase efficiency in the recruiting process and reduce time and content-related hurdles. A practical exercise unit enables participants to create and, if necessary, directly post their own ads. Participants are asked to bring their own laptop.

CREATING EMPLOYER BRANDING VIDEOS WITH THE CELL PHONE
The workshop teaches the basics of creating recruiting videos using simple technical means. Participants learn how videos for company presentations or job advertisements can be produced with a smartphone and distributed via social media. The aim is to support strategic HR management through the use of moving images and to increase visibility as an employer. A practical exercise unit enables the use of a smartphone, microphone and gimbal. Participants are asked to bring their own cell phone.

Judith Kastner holds dual degrees in International Economics and Business Administration from the University of Innsbruck. She has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions within international corporations, particularly in the areas of strategic corporate management, human resource management, organizational development, as well as marketing and sales.
As an independent business consultant and executive coach, she supports companies of all sizes and industries – including automotive, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, electronics, non-profit organizations, and management consulting – through processes of change and growth. Her focus lies in building and optimizing forward-looking HR and organizational development structures. In addition, she brings extensive experience as a university lecturer.

Rainer Schmid has many years of experience in corporate development, controlling, real estate consulting, and financial management. After graduating from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® with a focus on controlling, he held various positions in finance and accounting – including roles as authorized signatory and financial expert in both the industrial and banking sectors. His career includes senior positions at companies such as Privatquelle Gruber and Swarovski Auslandsholding GmbH. In addition, he worked as a real estate consultant with his own advisory firm.
Since 2023, he has been responsible for business development and strategic corporate direction at PLANLICHT. Rainer Schmid combines in-depth business expertise with hands-on experience in strategy development, financial management, and investment consulting.

Thomas Schmiedinger is a university lecturer and expert in mechanical engineering, digitalization, and the development of innovative smart product and service concepts. He has many years of experience in research and teaching, with an interdisciplinary background in biomedical engineering, molecular and cellular biology, as well as industrial product development.
Before joining University of Applied Sciences Kufstein, he worked as a research associate at the Medical University of Innsbruck, focusing on biosensors, growth surfaces, and cell culture systems. Thomas Schmiedinger is a speaker and published author, supporting companies at the intersection of technology, digitalization, and innovation.
Dipl.-Bw. Josef Willkommer
- Marketing & Business Development
TechDivision GmbH - Josef Willkommer studied business administration with a focus on marketing at Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences, gaining early experience in online marketing as well as international exposure at UCLA in Los Angeles and through the Chinese Business Program in Qingdao. After working at an investment firm in Munich and an Austrian media company, he co-founded TechDivision GmbH in 2006, which today employs around 140 people. At TechDivision, he is responsible for marketing and business development, supporting medium-sized companies in digital transformation projects with a particular focus on new technologies and artificial intelligence.
