As part of a practical project, Marietta Madritsch, Maya Stopfner and Johannes Reinbacher, three students on the Bachelor's degree programme in International Business & Management, set out in search of the secrets of success. Their central question: What makes the difference between a successful career and failure? How do some people manage to combine a demanding career with a fulfilling private life? To find answers, the students interviewed people who have had impressive careers in the fields of business, politics, medicine and sport. These successful personalities were asked about the secrets of their success and provided valuable insights and tips for professional and personal development.
BELIEVING IN YOURSELF
Various success factors became clear, including building and maintaining good networks, passion for the job, tenacity and flexibility, courage, hard work, friendliness, authenticity and openness to new ideas. The importance of believing in yourself, dreaming big and enjoying teamwork was also emphasised. The result of this project is an inspiring and empathetic video that documents the key messages from the interviews in an impressive way. It not only offers a valuable insight into the professional world, but is also intended to motivate students to find and pursue their own individual paths.
