Open House with new highlights for prospective students

The open house at Kufstein University of Applied Sciences offered fascinating insights.
At the Open House, visitors learned about degree programs, took campus tours, and took advantage of a variety of counseling services.
On Saturday, April 18, the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol once again opened its doors to anyone interested in pursuing a degree program. Numerous visitors took the opportunity to explore the campus, learn about the programs offered, and get a first impression of everyday student life. A total of 243 visitors were counted on campus, who participated in 431 counseling sessions—including those in the Master’s Lounge. In addition, lectures, presentations, and trial classes attracted 702 participants.
In addition to one-on-one conversations with Directors of Studies, students, and the support team, prospective students gained comprehensive insights into the academic offerings and organizational procedures—from the application process to international opportunities during their degree programs. The International Relations Office (IRO) was also on hand to answer questions about semesters abroad and international partnerships.
EXCLUSIVE INSIGHTS INTO THE MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAMS
For prospective master’s students, the Master’s Lounge once again offered an ideal opportunity for one-on-one counseling. After registering, students could schedule personal consultations—either in person or online. In addition, Directors of Studies were available to answer questions at the information booths and during presentations.
A LOOK BEHIND THE SCENES – WITH NEW HIGHLIGHTS
Campus tours, lab visits, and introductory lectures provided practical insights into everyday student life. Visitors were able to explore all four sections of the building and experience the modern infrastructure firsthand.
New additions to the program included a tour of the Media Lab, which was open to the public for the first time, as well as a trial lecture in the Business Psychology & Management degree program, which drew a great deal of interest.
