- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences, economics, humanities, or a related field
- Relevant specialization in cultural management, cultural tourism, and change management
- Experience in project management and academic work
- Interest in museums, tourism, and regional development
- Excellent English skills are required; Italian language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and strong communication skills
In addition to a competitive gross salary staring at EUR 30,800 p.a. and based on qualifications, experience, and individual skills, we offer an attractive incentive program as well as a wide range of training and professional development opportunities. Continuation of the employment relationship beyond the fixed term is intended but is subject to the relevant framework conditions.
