- Optimizing and digitalizing business processes and ensuring a continuous improvement process
- Identifying improvement potential together with the relevant departments, with a particular focus on the use of AI

- Completed education or degree with a focus on process management, data science, ERP and AI-related competencies
- Extensive experience in developing AI agents
- Strong project management skills as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Willingness to continuously develop your expertise in process management, process modelling and process management software, as well as in the use of AI tools
- Ability to work across disciplines, together with strong teamwork and cooperation skills
- Analytical mindset, structured way of working, initiative and a high degree of self-organization
In addition to a gross annual salary starting from EUR 60,000 – minimum salary; actual remuneration depends on qualifications, experience and individual skills – we offer an attractive incentive program, a wide range of training and professional development opportunities, and the possibility of a substantial mobile working component of 40%.
