• are familiar with key quality management regulations (ISO standards), including their general content
• are familiar with certification options
• understand the concepts and roles of process management
• understand what a process is
• are able to draw a process
• identify the tasks and components of change management
• identify different ways of presenting the process description
• identify different stakeholder groups
