4OneAnother

Support for the social, educational, and professional integration of unaccompanied minors.

The 4OneAnother project is focused on supporting minors, particularly unaccompanied minors, throughout their migration journey and social integration. It addresses various challenges, including psychosocial, cultural, and legal aspects. The goal is to equip professionals working with these young people with the necessary tools and skills to:

  • Handle administrative challenges,
  • Provide psychosocial support for successful acculturation and development,
  • Support the transition to adulthood and independence (housing, work, education),
  • Assist in finding and selecting educational paths and learning opportunities,
  • Reduce prejudices and fears to promote social acceptance.

Project milestones

  • IO1: Conducting a scientific review and assessment of the challenges and opportunities for strategically advancing the training program.
  • IO2: Creating a training program for professionals working with UMRs.
  • IO3: Developing e-learning tools, including an open-access online training platform.
