Welcome to TIBCOM 2026 – Trends in Business Communication at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol. This virtual conference explores current developments in marketing and corporate communications.


About Tibcom

The Academic Conference Trends in Business Communication brings together researchers, students and professionals to explore the latest developments in marketing and communication. Since its establishment in 2013, TIBCOM has developed into a recognized platform for academic exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration. The conference is organized by the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein and attracts participants from across Europe and beyond. 

Now in its 12th edition, TIBCOM 2026 will once again be hosted as a fully virtual conference in English. This makes participation easy from anywhere in the world while also supporting a more sustainable way to connect and share research. The conference focuses on innovative research, practical insights and emerging trends shaping the future of business communication. All accepted papers from this peer-reviewed conference will be published in a conference proceedings volume by Springer Gabler.

Submission

An accepted academic contribution in English is required to participate in the TIBCOM conference. All submissions undergo a peer review process. Detailed mandatory requirements and formatting guidelines for academic contributions are available in the download area.

All submissions must include the following:

  • Title
  • Authors: names, institutions and email addresses of all authors
  • Abstract: maximum 100 words
  • 3–5 keywords

Papers may not exceed 15 pages, including abstract, main text and references.

All accepted papers will be presented during the virtual conference and published in a conference volume by the renowned publisher Springer Gabler.

Registration

  • All participants must officially register for our conference. Please use our online registration tool to do so. 
  • Each paper must be presented by at least one person at the conference. 
  • The participation fee is 290 Euro. 
  • The conference language is English.
