Participants in the Strategic HR Leadership course deepen their skills in strategic HR management and modern leadership.

The International Business School of the FH Kufstein Tirol offers the part-time Strategic HR Leadership course for experienced HR specialists and managers who want to expand their strategic skills and actively shape transformations in modern organizations.

The certificate course positions HR as an active design and value creation partner in a working world characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. The focus is on strategic HR management, modern leadership concepts and organizational development - always with a view to new work and digital transformation. The aim is to enable managing directors and managers in the HR environment to proactively develop organizational sustainability.

The course content combines a scientific foundation with a high degree of practical relevance: from strategy & transformation to leadership in the context of VUCA and new work to P&O organizations of the future. A special feature is the consistent practical transfer: in the P&O transformation project, participants develop an implementation-ready solution from their own company context - accompanied by experts from science and business.

STRATEGIC HR AS A SUCCESS FACTOR IN THE TRANSFORMATION

The modular structure and blended learning format (compact attendance phases combined with online units) ensure a high degree of compatibility with everyday working life. The course is explicitly aimed at experienced HR managers, HR developers, HR business partners and managers with responsibility for people and organization.

PRACTICE-ORIENTED LEARNING WITH A SCIENTIFIC FOUNDATION

The course is scheduled to start in spring 2026 and will lead to a certified Strategic HR Leadership Professional qualification after two semesters and 16 ECTS credits. Applications are now open.
