(I)mmo(A)ge – Regional determination of construction years of single-family homes by means of image analysis

Age and construction design significantly influence the building stock and value of real estate objects. The goal of the project is to analyze and automatically classify the construction year or construction period as well as regional construction designs of single-family homes by means of image analysis. One of the unique features of this project is that it provides a large number of property valuations, which contain real estate images including associated descriptions of object characteristics (construction year, condition, address, value, etc.).
