Key learning outcomes

The graduates are able to do the following:

• Using in-depth business and legal knowledge, they are capable of identifying and analyzing the causes of a crisis in the course of restructuring a company and consequently implementing the restructuring measures in a professional manner.
• They are capable of initiating the strategic, structural and process-related realignment of the company in the context of change management before solvency and earnings crises happen.
• The graduates are familiar with the legal restructuring processes and can assess and evaluate the possible consequences under criminal and liability law.
• They are capable of evaluating the essential processes of company acquisition and cooperation from a business, capital market-oriented, organizational and legal perspective.
