Is an innovative business idea taking shape in your mind? Take part in the Fit4Business Business Idea Competition 2026!

Fit4Business is the platform for creative minds from the Kufstein region. Aspiring founders are invited to describe their business ideas using a structured guideline. After an initial selection by an expert panel, the chosen ideas are presented at the annual Fit4Business Business Idea Competition.

At the final presentation, the most convincing ideas are jointly assessed for their potential success and economic viability. Participants benefit from valuable feedback for further development as well as opportunities to build networks within the region. As a special highlight, the three most innovative and competitive business ideas are awarded attractive cash prizes. Perhaps even more valuable for you are the following benefits:

• Guiding questions help you describe and analyze the potential of your business idea.
• A dedicated expert jury provides valuable feedback on market opportunities and advice on possible implementation.
• Interested participants gain access to further mentoring opportunities.
• The most promising business ideas can be, upon request presented to the public.
• Optional participation in the Startup Program INNCubator goes Kufstein (a cooperation with INNCubator Innsbruck and Innovationsraum Kufstein).
  
  

Easy Participation:

For the first round, you only need to submit a Potential Paper. Using a set of guiding questions, you will describe your idea in four areas. If you wish, experts from FH Kufstein Tirol will be happy to support you in preparing your submission.

The 2026 Business Idea Competition will officially kick off at FH Kufstein Tirol at 5:30 p.m. Participants will gain an overview of the competition’s objectives, timeline, and expectations. They will also have the opportunity to make first connections, exchange ideas, and engage with experts and mentors.

During this phase, participants will further develop their business ideas and prepare their submissions. After all entries have been reviewed and evaluated, the expert jury will select the most creative and innovative concepts on 8 December. The selected participants will then be invited to the final event.

Starting at 4:00 p.m., participants will present their business models to a panel of experts at Innovationsraum Kufstein. Attendance is by invitation only.

Following the presentations, the most promising ideas will be selected and awarded.
