Operational Excellence in the Age of Industry 5.0 and AI

We warmly invite you to the 24th Process and Quality Management Dialogue (PQM) – a platform for experts to share insights and experiences.

Many companies are advancing the implementation of AI solutions, particularly in predictive maintenance, quality inspection, and production control. However, levels of maturity vary widely, and solutions often remain isolated rather than being integrated holistically. The potential efficiency gains from automation can create uncertainty among employees regarding future tasks, responsibilities, and, ultimately, job security. Key leadership responsibilities going forward will therefore include strengthening the role of employees in improving operational efficiency, ensuring stable processes and clean data, and establishing AI as an important supporting tool.

Our topics:

  • How is AI changing the role of humans in the continuous improvement process?
  • Which AI applications in production, logistics, and supply chain management deliver measurable improvements?
  • What kind of leadership behavior is needed to ensure that an “intelligent” factory remains sustainably successful and employee-centered?

Initiated by the master’s degree program ERP Systems & Business Process Management, we will discuss relevant questions with you as experts from local companies and applied research.

We look forward to your participation and to engaging discussions.
