The campus of the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol offers students a wide range of opportunities for learning, networking, and unwinding. Modern facilities, short distances, and a sense of community define everyday student life.
The campus of the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol is more than just a place of learning for students. It brings together academic study, social interaction, and leisure activities in a compact setting. The campus layout supports a varied and balanced daily routine and creates the ideal conditions for academic success.
STUDYING AND WORKING ON CAMPUS
Modern learning spaces, well-equipped workstations, and short distances make everyday student life at the FH Campus easier. It offers students ideal conditions for group work, preparing presentations, and independent study. Separate meeting rooms, a well-organized media center and library, and technical equipment support focused work. The open layout encourages collaboration and interaction. “Here I find everything I need for my studies - from quiet study spaces to places for teamwork,” says Valentina Steinlechner, a student in the Marketing & Communication Management program.
EXCHANGE AND COMMUNITY
The campus also serves as a social hub. Shared breaks, projects, and events foster a sense of community within the program. A cafeteria and open common areas encourage students to spend time on campus even outside of class. Students from different semesters and majors easily connect with one another. “You constantly see familiar faces, chat, and support one another. That’s what makes the campus special,” says Steinlechner.
YOU’RE CONSTANTLY RUNNING INTO FAMILIAR FACES, CHATTING, AND SUPPORTING ONE ANOTHER. THAT’S WHAT MAKES THE CAMPUS SPECIAL.

BALANCE AND WELL-BEING
In addition to studying, finding a balance is also important. Green spaces, numerous areas for focused outdoor study, and spots for relaxation in nature provide opportunities to unwind between classes. These amenities are complemented by sports facilities such as an outdoor climbing wall. The campus also has excellent transportation links: the lecture halls are just a short walk from the train station. “The campus offers a good balance between focused work and moments of relaxation in between,” explains Steinlechner.
SUMMARY
The campus offers students a structured yet vibrant learning environment. Modern facilities, convenient access, a sense of community, and a pleasant atmosphere make it a central part of daily student life and support successful learning beyond the lecture hall.
