- Practical Project
The proud winning team of Expo 2025 can look forward to a voucher and FH Kufstein Tirol merch.
The Expo 2025 of the Kufstein Uni offered students of the Marketing & Communication Management and Digital Marketing degree programs a stage for their practical projects. An audience vote then chose the best team. The event provided a platform for creative ideas and practical insights.
On January 31, 2025, the auditorium of the Kufstein Uni was transformed into a lively trade fair landscape. Students from the Marketing & Communication Management and Digital Marketing degree programs presented their practical projects here. The trade fair served as a platform for creative ideas and lively exchange. 21 project groups presented their work. The topics ranged from social media strategies to sustainable mobility concepts. The event showed how students apply their knowledge in a versatile and practical way.
DIVERSE PROJECT TOPICS WITH A PRACTICAL APPLICATION
The range of projects presented reflected the versatility of the degree programs. Particularly exciting was the collaboration with the UCI World Team Red Bull Bora-Hansgrohe, in which a team developed innovative marketing strategies for the renowned cycling team. Other highlights included a podcast project and two projects in the area of content creation, which dealt with the professional creation of digital content. Together with 17 other projects, they ensured a varied program at the trade fair. This diversity of topics made it clear how broad the training at the Kufstein Uni is and how students can apply their knowledge in a practical way.
INTERACTIVE PRESENTATIONS AND AUDIENCE VOTING
Each project group presented its results at an individually designed stand. Visitors were able to experience the projects interactively and find out more about the content. The event was moderated by students Emma and Tamina, who also took on the organization as part of their own practical project. An Expo quiz provided a fun way to engage with the projects.
One of the highlights of the Expo was the audience vote: participants chose the best practical project. The works presented included social media campaigns, sustainability studies and cooperation projects with companies.
CREATIVITY CONVINCING IN THE WINNER PROJECT
The three students in the practical project group TikTok Content Creation for the FH Kufstein Tirol came up with a lot of ideas to convince. Their project was full of creative ideas: from simple recipe ideas for students to the right technique for tying a dirndl bow, everything was included.
It was therefore not surprising that the team was also able to impress with its creativity at the Expo. Anyone who took a photo with the self-made Instagram box was rewarded with a portion of Kaiserschmarrn. The group had already produced the recipe for it as a video for the TikTok account of the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol.
As the winning team, the group received a 60-euro voucher for the FH cafeteria and Kufstein Uni merch.
A RESOUNDING SUCCESS FOR STUDENTS AND GUESTS
Expo 2025 was not only a platform for student projects, but also a place for exchange and learning. The interactive elements and the relaxed but professional atmosphere in particular received very positive feedback.
The exciting discussions at the stands, the moment of the award ceremony and the great interest shown by visitors in the topics presented were emotional highlights.
With a successful mix of practical application, creativity and innovation, the event once again proved that the students at the Kufstein Uni are well prepared for their professional future. Expo 2025 whetted our appetite for more – and we look forward to the projects of the coming years.
