Business Blueprint for Special Olympic Events

In order to secure the successful comple­tion of the project, the student group had the responsibility to continue the coopera­tion with Special Olympics Austria (SOA), started in the summer term, and to build on the previous knowledge about the core business processes of the organization. This time the aim was to create a business blue­print for the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) as a digital en­hancement solution for a mega-event such as the 2017 Special Olympic World Winter Games (SOWWG) in Schladming, Graz and Ramsau (15-24 March). The students got the chance to build their knowledge of the LMS System SABA Cloud and then create a handbook with sustainable guidelines showing how the organizational processes around a mega-event such as the 2017 SOWWG can be translated into SABA Cloud.
