Office Management

The most valuable thing for me was the practical knowledge about CRM and individual management tools. We were given concrete "best practice" examples and are therefore optimally prepared for the new market requirements and changing customer behaviour. The knowledge I have gained is reflected in my daily work and significantly improves the process, implementation and quality! I will therefore continue with the MBA, focus automotive, in the autumn!

Peter Lietz

Graduate of the program

As the prospective successor to Keglovits GesmbH, the course gave me the necessary expertise to meet the complex requirements. At the same time, the practical exchange with my colleagues was a real enrichment.
